Hiba is a multidisciplinary designer, art director, educator specializing in branding design. Hiba has a proven track record of managing all aspects of the design process, from conception to production, working with cross functional teams, and often within tight budgets and tighter timelines with projects from local customers to multinational corporations.
Among her projects, she won a nationwide competition and designed fifty-five Lebanese postal stamps, still in circulation today.
In 2007, Hiba was awarded a Chevening Fellowship, a British government full scholarship during which time she attended postgraduate studies in London, UK and earned a Masters of Arts in Media and Communication at Goldsmiths, University of London.
From 2008 until 2016, Hiba was an instructor at the Lebanese American University at both the Department of Communication Arts and School of Architecture and Design.
In 2014, Hiba co-founded paperplanes, a boutique design studio that specializes in custom products ranging from craft kits, tactile wall art to handcrafted event installations.
