Beirut Marathon Association

The Peace We Run For

The Beirut Marathon Association put together a public exhibit that included twenty-nine artists and twenty-nine schools. The association provided generic sculptures of its logo (the PRE) to the participants as a canvas and asked them to create their interpretation of the theme of the Marathon – peace and love.

I worked on an infographic style concept that explains in simple visuals what the exhibition is about. I animated the PRE graphic with different textures to represent the different participating artists.

My work involved the concept, design, followup on production and coordination with cross-functional team for:

  • Project catalog
  • Print and digital invitations
  • Communication

Annual Gala

“Energy, Speed and Movement” were the key concepts in the branding of this event. The Lebanese Marathon emblem, the ‘running bird’, was the only element used to create transparent images of perpetual motion, as if vanishing, running, and morphing to capture what runners feel on the road.
